To save any of these PDF documents to your hard drive, right-click on the filename and select "Save Target As...". Then browse to a location and hit the "Save" button.
Please note that you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to view any PDF document. If you do not have Acrobat installed, it can be downloaded for free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
